To make an appointment for your child to be seen, please call the office at 575-0114. Well child checks are generally scheduled six to eight weeks in advance.
We accept Medicare, Medicaid, Healthy Options, Basic Health Plan and most private insurances. Discounted fees are available for those who qualify. |
