Family Medicine
Community Health of Central Washington (CHCW) seeks a Family Medicine Physician with OB for our Community Health Clinic. Kittitas is a rural county with a population of 36,000 living primarily in the city of Ellensburg and is also home to 8,200 students of Central Washington University located in the heart of Ellensburg.
CHCW is a non-profit corporation, currently providing medical services at four locations, 1 dental clinic, and a pediatric hospitalist service in central Washington, in addition to operating an accredited Family Medicine Residency Training Program in Yakima, WA which is located 35 miles south of Ellensburg.
Our Ellensburg clinic has strong local support from medical staff and the county’s only hospital; Kittitas Valley General Hospital; a “critical access” hospital. Existing providers in the community share call with our clinic. The clinic serves all segments of the community with an emphasis on caring for uninsured, underinsured, and financially destitute patients. The position includes a competitive guaranteed salary with opportunities for incentive.
